Taxes & Additional Fees:
Legacy Gasket, LLC. is located in Nevada and will apply all necessary sales tax charges to customers also located within the state of Nevada (unless a resaler). For all other orders, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay uncollected state and local sales tax.
For all orders shipping outside of the United States a line item of EX-Works is added. This indicates that all duties, taxes, import fees and shipping are the responsiblity of the purchaser.
We do accept Tax Exempt certificates.
Legacy Gasket, LLC. captures all credit card transactions at the time of purchase, not at the time of product shipment. In the event that an order needs to canceled, or refund issued, the dollar amount in question will be refunded via our gateway payment processor. Funds usually take 5 – 10 business days to credit an account.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Legacy Gasket, LLC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. In such an event the order will be cancelled and the customer has the option to pay the corrected price.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order at Legacy Gasket, LLC. We stand behind our products and services. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
You have 30 DAYS TO request an RMA# from Legacy Gasket, LLC. All items returned to Legacy Gasket, LLC. must be in its original condition.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
*Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in original packaging. Custom items not eligible for return.
